Navkaran Singh is a senior consultant for Global Business Culture in the EMEA region. Certified in both intercultural and organisational culture management, he specialises in bringing together national and company cultures in organisations to effectively manage and transform cultural assets. He has over 12 years of experience setting up and executing cultural transformation projects spanning the USA, Europe, and Asia. Navkaran brings his first-hand experience in setting up and managing multicultural teams from his previous role as the Global Transformation Manager for Ericsson Telecoms in the UK, Western & Northern Europe, Romania, and India.

He brings practical experience living and working in multiple countries including the UK, India, Germany, Sweden, and Finland. He has successfully delivered cultural awareness and transformation projects for global companies like Ericsson, Airbus, Siemens, Jumbo-SAL, DLA Piper, Octopus Energy, Societe Generale, Brooks Running, Epsilon, Cipla, RPG, SBI, Scania, Ferrovial etc.
