Global Business Culture have successfully developed and delivered a large-scale training programme which, to date, has been attended by 1,200 employees across all of our territories including the UK, USA, Asia, Europe and Canada. These focussed on Managing Hybrid Teams and Working in Hybrid Teams. The training has been received positively and Global Business Culture worked hard to listen to our requirements whilst providing plenty of their own expertise to ensure the programme was run successfully across the business. They are also in the process of developing two further programmes for us on Proximity Bias and Running Hybrid meetings which we are looking forward to rolling out. We feel that the programmes have really helped our employees and also given us an edge over our competitors.
