Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and culturally fluent Cultural Awareness Trainer to join our expanding India team. This role involves designing and delivering high-impact intercultural training programs to professionals working in global environments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about global communication, experienced in facilitation, and confident working with diverse, senior-level audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual cultural awareness training sessions to Indian and international clients
- Customize training content to suit industry-specific and cultural requirements (e.g., India-UK, India-US, India-Japan)
- Facilitate executive coaching or small-group sessions when required
- Collaborate with the global team to develop eLearning modules and cultural resources
- Maintain high-quality standards in training delivery and participant engagement
- Provide cultural consulting support for clients undergoing organizational or global transformation
- Gather participant feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or coaching—ideally with a cross-cultural or international focus
- Strong understanding of Indian workplace culture and how it interacts with global business norms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Proven ability to engage senior-level professionals in learning environments
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively in a global remote team
- Experience in L&D, intercultural consulting, HR, or organizational development is a plus
- Degree in International Relations, Communications, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred
