Cross-Cultural Communication Training can support employees at different levels wherever communication across countries and cultures has an important influence on performance, collaboration and working relationships.
Programs may be designed for multicultural and geographically dispersed teams, managers leading across countries, global project and functional teams, and employees working regularly with international colleagues, clients or partners. Training can also strengthen communication between headquarters and regional operations, Global Capability Centers and their international stakeholders, or teams involved in international growth, integration and organizational change.
The focus is determined by the relationships and communication challenges involved rather than by a fixed participant profile. A program may support a newly formed international team, experienced colleagues seeking to improve an established working relationship or leaders responsible for collaboration across multiple countries and functions.
Training can focus on a single team or business relationship, support multiple cohorts across regions or form part of a broader international capability initiative.
Programs are available virtually and in person. Delivery may involve a focused workshop, a series of connected sessions, a regional or global rollout or a blended learning approach supported by Culture Hub and customized digital resources.
The structure is designed around the program goals, participant locations, audience size and the level of discussion and practical application required. GBC does not assume that one format or standard program length will be appropriate for every client.
