Antoine has lived and worked in 10 different countries (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, United States, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Portugal, Spain and China) and speaks 4 languages fluently (French, English, Portuguese and Spanish).
His international career has led him to hold positions as Marketing, Sales and Product Director at Steelcase Inc., the world leader in office furniture and ranked Fortune 500, as well as at Leroy Merlin, the European specialist in home improvement, also present in Brazil.
Thanks to his experience in very diverse corporate cultures — multinationals, family businesses, start-ups, manufacturing, retail, tech, B2B and B2C sectors — he knows how to adapt product, sales, marketing and customer experience (CX) strategies to markets with very different cultural expectations and preferences.
Today, as a consultant in global business culture, Antoine acts as a consultant, trainer and coach with professionals working internationally, to help them strengthen their intercultural comfort and better navigate the diversity of the global business world.
