With operations across multiple countries, including the US, Costa Rica, UK, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Hungary, Japan, China, India, and Turkey, the company supports healthcare innovation on a global scale by combining advanced technology with deep clinical expertise.
The challenge
Following the success of a cultural integration program, the organization wanted to ensure that cultural competence could be developed consistently across its entire global workforce. Leaders, managers, and teams had benefited from the initial workshops, but the company recognized the need for a scalable solution that could reach employees in every location. The challenge was to create an engaging, accessible, and standardized way of building cultural awareness across diverse teams worldwide.

What we did
Global Business Culture designed and rolled out a comprehensive eLearning program, structured around two core elements:
- Global Culture Awareness module (60 minutes): introducing the impact of culture on daily business interactions, practical tools to assess cultural differences, and strategies to use cultural diversity as a strength.
- Country-specific modules (20 minutes each): focused on selected countries where the client operates, providing in-depth knowledge of local business culture, communication styles, and collaboration practices.
The eLearning was delivered through a three-phase roadmap:
- Analysis & Design: stakeholder interviews, questionnaires, and needs analysis to align content with organizational priorities.
- Implementation: development of interactive storyboards, case studies, media assets, and assessments, with SCORM-compliant integration.
- Testing & Handover: full QA, technical testing, and handover of SCORM packages designed to be hosted directly on the client’s LMS, ensuring easy access for employees worldwide.
The modules were fully customized with the client’s branding, case studies, and examples relevant to its global teams. To measure effectiveness and provide evidence of ROI, built-in assessments were included at the start and end of the modules, enabling the organization to track participant progress and the overall impact of the training.
