Level 1 – Assessment

This assessment form aims to assess the degree to which participants apply the skills learned during the GT Global WOW Program to their daily job and roles, when working with their US-INDUS. The form is divided into two sections:

1. Self Assessment: This section is for participants to reflect on their own changes and growth
2. Peer Assessment: In this section, participants can share their observations about the behavior changes in their colleagues. You can select up to two colleagues from other countries.
